Terms and Conditions
Ordering
- Orders e-mailed, faxed or mailed are preferable.
- Phone orders are accepted but no responsibility will be taken for any errors.
Delivery Times
- Approximately 6 to 8 weeks depending on the availability of fabrics.
Delivery Charge
- For Schools in the metropolitan area a delivery and handling charge of $20.00 (including GST) per order is applied.
- For Schools outside of the metropolitan area delivery will be charged at the rate of cost.
Returns and Repairs
- Returns for credit cannot be accepted without prior arrangement.
- Special makes will not be accepted for credit or exchange.
- We reserve the right to repair all faulty garments where possible.
Pricing
- Prices will be reviewed every 12 months and a new price list will be issued for the following year.
- However, prices are subject to change with or without prior notice.
Payments
- Payment is required within 30 days of the date of invoicing.
Minimum Orders
- Our minimum order for Australian made garments is 30 or more per style and colour with multiples of 5 per size.
- Orders of less than 10 Australian made garments will attract a surcharge of $15.00 / garment
- Imported garments require a minimum order of 500 units
