Terms and Conditions

Ordering

• Orders e-mailed, faxed or mailed are preferable.
• Phone orders are excepted but no responsibility will be taken for any errors.

Delivery Times

• Approximately 3 to 4 weeks.
• Please limit top-up orders to one per month.

Delivery Charge

• For Schools in the metropolitan area a delivery and handling charge of $4.40 (including GST) per order is applied irrespective of the size of the order and will appear on the first invoice only.
• For Schools outside of the metropolitan area delivery will be charged at the rate of cost.

Returns and Repairs

• Returns for credit cannot be accepted without prior arrangement.
• Special makes will not be accepted for credit or exchange.
• We reserve the right to repair all faulty garments where possible.

Pricing

• Prices will be reviewed every 12 months and a new price list will be issued for the following year.
• However, prices are subject to change with or without prior notice.

Payments

• Payment is required within 30 days of the date of invoicing.

Minimum Orders

• Our minimum order for Australian made garments is 10 or more per style and colour.
• Orders of less than 10 Australian made garments will attract a surcharge.
• Imported garments require a minimum order of $375.00
